·	Flossing - Learning the proper way to floss your teeth is important. Your dentist or hygienist will be happy to demonstrate proper flossing techniques.
·	Fluoride – A fluoride treatment can be applied at the time of cleanings to help strengthen your teeth and reduce the chance of decay.
